General Commission Questions

Pawprint bulletin Q: I have a request for a custom commission which differs from the type of artwork listed in the Current Offers page! Do you accept custom orders?

A: Possibly! Send me an email (link) and we can discuss whether it's feasible, based on my schedule at the time.

Pawprint bulletin Q: What payment options are available?

A: I only accept money through PayPal. When the details of a commission have been established, I will send an invoice through PayPal and work on the commission will begin once the payment has been received.

Pawprint bulletin Q: Do you accept refunds?

A: No. Once a commission is paid for, I arrange my schedule around it, so refunds are, unfortunately, not possible.

Pawprint bulletin Q: Can I receive the working file for my commission?

A: Sure. Just specify which file types you want in an e-mail to me, and I will provide them. My WIPs are usually saved as either .SAI or .PSD files.

Pawprint bulletin Q: When will more commission slots open? Is there a set schedule?

A: Open slots will be announced through the studio's social media (Bluesky/Tumblr, links inserted) when available. Likewise, they will be listed on the "Current Offers" page. There is no particular schedule for when they open up; it all depends on the amount of work on my plate, and the slots are claimed on a "first come, first served" basis.

Pawprint bulletin Q: Can I edit my commissioned artwork after I receive it, or give it to another artist to edit?

A: Yes. Once you receive your artwork, you're allowed to use and edit it in whichever way you wish. I only ask that you do not feed it into a generative art program or use it for AI purposes in any way, shape or form.
